This Privacy Policy explains how Bushingo (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you use bushingo.com and submit a request for quotation (RFQ). We are committed to processing personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently.

1. What data we collect

When you submit an RFQ or contact us, we collect the information you provide: company name, contact name, email address, phone number, country, city/state, postal code, address, the part numbers or specifications you request, your message, and any files you attach. When you consent to analytics cookies, we also collect anonymous usage data (see our Cookie Policy).

2. Why we use it

• To respond to your quotation and technical enquiries and to source the requested parts;
• To communicate with you about your request and our products;
• To maintain records of enquiries for order fulfilment and support;
• With your consent, to understand and improve how the website is used.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your business enquiry and taking steps at your request prior to a possible contract; analytics is based on your consent.

3. Who we share it with

Your RFQ is routed to our sales and sourcing team and may be handled within our order-management system. We do not sell your personal data. Analytics providers (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Yandex Metrica) process anonymous usage data only after you accept cookies. We may disclose data where required by law.

4. International transfers

We serve customers worldwide; your data may be processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to handle your request and for our legitimate business and legal record-keeping purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR), you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent for cookies at any time.
