Bushingo's full catalogue brings maintenance-free, oil-impregnated sintered bearing components together in one place: flanged and cylindrical bushings, hollow and solid bearing blanks for machining, impregnation and re-impregnation oils, and self-lubricating friction plates. Every bushing and blank is made by powder metallurgy, in which metal powder is compacted and sintered to leave a controlled network of interconnected pores that is then vacuum-filled with lubricating oil. In service the pores act as an integral oil reservoir: frictional heat and shaft motion draw oil to the sliding surface to form a supporting film, which is reabsorbed by capillary action as the bearing cools, so no external greasing is required.

Three material families run through the range. BP25 sintered bronze is the quiet, corrosion-resistant, conformable choice for continuous rotary duty; FP20 sintered iron offers greater hardness and load capacity at lower cost, especially for slow or oscillating heavily loaded motion; and SO16 alloy is offered in blank form for fully machined bearings. Dimensions follow the conventions of ISO 2795 and DIN 1850 for sintered bushes. • Rotary or oscillating shaft support with a shoulder/thrust face needed → flanged bushings; plain radial support only → cylindrical bushings.
• Quiet running, corrosion resistance, moderate speed → BP25 bronze; higher load, slow/oscillating motion, hardened shaft → FP20 iron.
• Non-standard bore, wall or length → machine from a hollow or solid blank (BP25 / FP20 / SO16), then re-impregnate.
• Top-up or re-impregnation after machining → industrial oils, matched to the bearing grade.
• Flat sliding, guiding or wear-pad duty → Metagliss self-lubricating friction plates.
